I was extremely worried about my delivery, being a first-time mother. My journey started when we chose Cloudnine Hospital, Vikaspuri. From the initial consultations to the antenatal classes, everything was meticulously planned and executed. Dr. Meena Singhal was an angel throughout my pregnancy, explaining every single detail and alleviating all my fears. When it came to the C-section, the entire team, from the anaesthetist to the nurses, was incredibly supportive. The post-operative care was exceptional, and the lactation consultants helped me immensely with breastfeeding my newborn. The HexaHealth care buddy helped us with all the insurance paperwork, making the admission and discharge process incredibly smooth.
