I’m truly heartbroken and disappointed. After waiting patiently for over a month to consult Dr. Rooma Sinha—putting all my hope and trust into finally getting help—I was told at the last moment that she wouldn't be available. There was no prior notice, no message, no courtesy call—nothing. If she knew she wouldn’t be available, why not inform patients at least a week earlier? This wasn’t just an appointment—it was something I was counting on for my health and peace of mind. The lack of communication felt careless and disrespectful. Time, trust, and emotional investment—all wasted. I expected better from someone in such a respected position.
