Dr Shailendra Lalwani is a Director and HOD of Liver Transplant, HPB and GI Surgery in Faridabad with over 25 years of experience in liver transplantation, hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, and advanced robotic gastrointestinal surgery, currently practising at Metro Heart Institute with Multispeciality, Sector 16A, Faridabad.

He has successfully performed over 2,500 liver transplants including living, deceased donor, and paediatric transplants, along with more than 15,000 complex HPB and GI surgeries, and holds the distinction of performing the first liver transplant of Sudan and East Africa, with advanced training from King's College Hospital, London.
