Deeply Disappointed with Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh and Dr. Sajan Rajpurohit My experience with Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, during my father's cancer treatment was extremely painful and disappointing. My father was under the care of Dr. Sajan Rajpurohit and his team. When his condition became critical, he was admitted to the ICU — a place where every moment counts and where the presence of the primary doctor is crucial. Shockingly, Dr. Sajan Rajpurohit never visited my father in the ICU. When we asked the hospital staff, they claimed he was not available. However, I personally saw him in the lift at the hospital, which means he was present on the premises but still chose not to visit his critically ill patient. This is not just negligence — it is inhumane. What is the purpose of admitting a patient to the ICU if the senior doctor doesn’t even bother to check on them? Looking at reports and giving instructions from a distance is not medical care. The lack of compassion and seriousness from Dr. Rajpurohit was extremely hurtful during such a critical time. Even the ICU staff seemed mechanical and indifferent. There was no sense of urgency, no empathy — just routine formalities. This careless and insensitive approach worsened my father's condition, and unfortunately, we lost him. I am sharing this review so that others can be aware. If a senior doctor like Dr. Sajan Rajpurohit can neglect a patient in the ICU, it raises serious questions about the hospital’s ethics and commitment to life. A big name like Max Hospital means nothing if the doctors inside lack humanity.

The डॉक्टर provided help and consultaion very well . I went for my Ear treatment, now after treatment my condition has improved.
