I had my catract operated in UDHI Hospital Alwarpet Chennai recently. All staffs look care and made us feel comfortable. The couselling was good and made us have good confidence. Doctors took care and made us feel comfortable while performing the operation. Doctors could extend more time to patients while doing the reviews , so that the patient can have clarifications for his / her queries.

Very polite and caring by all staff. We went for our cataract surgery. I strongly recommend for anyone with eye problems. Ms. Sundari guides on every issue and very methodical in their treatment methods. No extra wait time. Neat and clean. K. Subramanian

I met Dr. Allen Raveendran for my father's Cataract Surgery. He is a calm, professional & polite person and explained the conditions clearly. Also, clarified all the doubts, queries and questions raised me and my father for our understanding and satisfaction. Had a very comfortable time at the UDHI EYE Hospitals with all facilities in-line, including cleanliness. The administrative staffs, including the reception and billing section are very efficient and polite. The work there is very well Streamlined and Organized. They have a very well planned process set in-place at the UDHI EYE Hospitals. All the Staffs at UDHI EYE Hospitals (Nurses, Doctors, Technical Staffs, Administration) are very professional, polite and helpful. The counsellor Ms. SUNDARI takes personal interest in explaining and guiding the Patients by addressing Individual Issues and answers questions Cheerfully. Thanks to Ms. SUNDARI, as you give response in a positive manner to almost any queries/questions raised to you. Gives confidence to people talking to you. I met Dr. Sherren Ravindran for my eye test. He was quietly professional, polite ,and explained my eye condition clearly, factually and patiently. Did not rush me into a surgery, but recommended the cataract surgery. He won my trust. Through he pre-operative guidelines, the surgery itself and the post-operative instructions he infused confidence in me. I had a very comfortable time. The administrative staff, including the reception and billing section are very efficient. Work is well streamlined. All the technical staff are professional, polite and helpful. Nurses both outside and inside the operation theatre are well-trained. The councellor Ms. Renuka takes personal interest, addresses individual issues and answers questions cheerfully. The lack of footwear spread all over the place, the lack of a water dispenser surrounded by empty cups shabbily overflowing from the bin, the lack of spice smells emanating from a noisy canteen, all these are plus points in my opinion. Udhi is a quietly efficient hospital addressing patient needs and providing excellent care.
