   5. DSC - Defence Security Corps
   6. SFF - Spiral Frontier Force
   7. ICG - Indian Coast Guard
   8. NCC - National Cadet Corps

8. Fill in the details of “Prefix, Service Number, Suffix” of your service card.
9. Select “Country” from the drop-down and “Enter Mobile Number Without Country Code”.
10. Create a new password and fill the same in the “Confirm Password” field.
11. Answer both the security questions, which would be needed for “ECHS login forgot password”:
    1. What is your mother’s name?
    2. What is your place of birth?
12. “Enter Verification Code” from the Captcha.
13. Click on “Register”
14. You’ll get a pop-up window to verify all the details mentioned above. If the details are correct, click “Ok” or “Cancel” and correct it. 
15. You will receive an “Application Number” after ECHS online registration.

You must login to your account to complete the application process. Scan the documents and upload them wherever necessary. 

Documents Required for ECHS 64 KB Smart Card Application

After ECHS registration, you need to complete the application form. The following documents need to be uploaded for the ECHS smart card application:

1. Passport size photo
2. Pan card
3. Aadhaar card
4. Blood group
5. Signature or thumb impression
6. Bank account statement
7. Discharge book
8. Pension Payment Order Number (PPO)
9. A copy of the old smart card

ECHS Online 64 KB Smart Card Application

3. “Upload photo” and “Signature” of the primary beneficiary.

7. If the veteran is not alive, then upload the "Death Certificate".

9. Agree on the Self-Declaration by clicking “ I AGREE.”
10. Save the details entered by clicking “Save Details.”
11. The details that are saved can be modified or corrected, if necessary, by echs.sourceinfosys.com login and updating it.
12. Clicking “Make Payment” to pay.
13. Take a printout of the "Application Form, Payment Receipt and Temporary Slip" on the ECHS login page. 
14. Check for observations from Record Office in the ECHS portal login until the application is verified.
15. Wait for the OTP and collect the new ECHS card from the Station Headquarters.

1. Open the ECHS Beneficiaries App.
2. Click on “Card Status”.
3. Enter the registered mobile number and ECHS smart card application number.

The 64 KB smart card application is filled and verified online. Information about the ECHS beneficiary goes to the Regional Centres, where it is dispatched to the Station Headquarters. 

1. Once the card is received at the Station Headquarters, an SMS with an OTP is sent to the beneficiaries.
