- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number of the beneficiary. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click on “Proceed”.
- Beneficiary details are displayed on the screen. Click on the “Proceed” button if the details displayed on the screen are correct.
- Select “City, Specialty, Dispensary, Doctor” and click the “Proceed” button.
- A calendar is displayed to choose a date for an appointment for the selected doctor. Select the desired date.
- Click “Proceed to Book Appointment” to book the CGHS dispensary appointment. One can go back and make changes using the "Change Specialty" button.
- The beneficiary and appointment details are displayed on the screen for confirmation. Click on the option "Confirm to Book Appointment".
- The Appointment Confirmation Status page is displayed. Print the confirmation slip by clicking "Print Slip". You will also get an SMS on your registered mobile number.

- Step 4: After selecting 'eSanjeevani Teleconsultation', you will be directed to the National Teleconsultation Service page. On this page, click on ‘Patient Registration'.
- Step 5: Now, enter your registered mobile number for verification and select your state.
- Step 6: Fill in the details of the patient and upload up to three health records. Click "Generate Patient ID and Token".
- Step 7: A token will be generated upon registration. Click "OK" on the pop-up.
- Step 8: Once you receive the notification about the login details, click ‘Patient Login’ on the official website.
- Step 9: Enter "Mobile No. or Patient ID", "Token No." and click "Login".
- Step 10: After logging in, you may have to wait for your turn to consult the doctor.
- Step 11: You can consult the doctor digitally.
- Step 12: Once you have consulted the doctor, you will get an ePrescription to download.

myCGHS app is currently available for all android users. You can easily book appointments from the app and check your Medical Reimbursement Claim (MRC) status. Refer to the following steps:
- Install the myCGHS app from Playstore.
