my journey started when i felt really tired all the time and my legs were swelling. turns out my kidneys weren't working well. i came to nephroplus unit of aarogya hosp for consults. the drs explained everything abt chronic kidney disease & dialysis options. it was a bit overwhelming bt they were patient. the staff in the dialysis unit is mostly friendly, bt sometimes waiting times r long. however, the hexahealth team helped me with getting all the financial stuff sorted for the treatment, especially with the insurance. that was a huge relief and definitely made things easier for my family. thx for that support.
