I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service provided by the front office staff on the first floor. This morning at 8:00 AM, I called to schedule a consultation with the Pediatric Doctor. I was informed that I could come directly, and the booking would be handled upon arrival. Accordingly, I reached the hospital and completed the payment by 11:00 AM. Despite this, I was asked to wait until 4:00 PM to see the doctor. Shockingly, during this time, several walk-in patients arrived and were allowed to meet the doctor ahead of us — without any explanation or transparency from the staff. It was evident that we were intentionally delayed, which reflects extremely poor management and a lack of professionalism by the front desk team. This is unacceptable behavior, especially in a healthcare setting where timely medical attention is crucial. I hope the hospital management takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents do not recur. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism.

One of the worst Dr he is. Shame on his profession and commitment. He knows how to make money by doing surgery to meet the revenue target. My dad got operated by this idiot two times and ultimately got cancer all because of his nasty job.

I am very much satisfied about his treatment . He diagnosed blockage in my heart in right time and did stenting . Now I am continuing medicine and feeling good.
