Write a ReviewWORST EXPERIENCE @ MEDICOVER HOSPITAL - VENKOJIPALEM I write to express my Distress & Dissatisfaction and personally regret Joining my father V Babji MDI9673631, I lost my father because of their INADEQUATE staff issue, it took more than 15 hours for a proper Qualified Doctor to attend my Father who has joined in an EMERGENCY and start the treatment, because of their negligent, unprofessional, rude staff I lost my father because of no proper care & services were offered. Lack of empathy created a stressful and disheartening environment. Mr. Pavan Sai who is from the Billing and Insurance Department was so rude, I felt as if I was in a Government Hospital, he demanded me to pay the complete amount as CASH even inspite of getting a confirmation mail from my Insurance Company for CASHLESS treatment(Rs.50,000/- Deposit extra). NO TRANSPERANCY IN BILLING I was informed that the bill amount was Rs.7800/- on 17.08.2025 after Insurance Claim, but Mr. SARAT Billing head has changed it to 25,000/- on 18.08.25, he was negligent to listen to my issue and was very rude. DEATH CERTIFICATE details were not forwarded to Municipal Authorities by Mr.TEJA from the MRD Department as on 24.08.2025 because of which I could not get the Death certificate till date. My experience was not only physically draining but also emotionally traumatic. The lack of proper care and the financial exploitation have left me feeling deeply disappointed with your institution. This experience has severely eroded my trust in your hospital's ability to provide quality healthcare. I urge you to investigate these issues thoroughly and take immediate steps to address the shortcomings in staff, patient care protocols, and financial management to prevent other patients from enduring similar experiences. I have seen and experienced many cardiologists in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam but Dr. Ranganayakulu is one of the best. He visits Anakapalle once a week , I have taken my father to him and want to share my experience. Generally any cardiologist would check 2D echo reports and provide treatment but he carry’s a 2D echo kind of device along with him and he examines patients heart and provides suitable treatment. No unnecessary medication, No unnecessary suggestion, very down to earth, spends enough time with patients and very much affordable. Excellent doctors and support staff. The consultation was prompt and accurate. They are available offline as well in case of follow-ups and answering any queries. The thing that does not work is logistics, which requires constant, over-the-top monitoring.
The orthopaedic surgeon gave excellent treatment, did all relevant tests on my grandfather and explained the need for surgery. Surgery was done with utmost care. Very nicely explained post-operative care. Nurses are very dedicated and sincere. All other services are good. I recommend this hospital to all

It was a great experience at the hospital. I visited the hospital at the emergency department at night for the treatment of my friend. Due to qualified doctors and staff, he has improved greatly and is being discharged from the hospital. The hospital administrative staff is also very kind and helpful.

Patient care was given very well, and treats patient nicely, diagnoses the patient condition accurately.
