I want to make it very clear that I’m extremely angry and disappointed with how your clinic handled my appointment. I booked a paid appointment (₹400) and got token number 9. I was told to come at 7:30 PM. Before I even left home, I called to confirm — and was told everything was fine. But when I reached your clinic and informed the receptionist, I was asked to wait — and that’s all that happened. I waited there for over 2 hours, and not once did anyone bother to call me, update me, or even acknowledge that I was there. The receptionist disappeared, no one followed up, and not a single staff member gave a damn when I tried asking what was going on. All I saw was 4 staff members walking around doing absolutely nothing, ignoring patients like it’s some sort of joke. Is this how you treat paying customers? If you can’t handle appointment management, then stop charging people in the first place. Let me remind you — this was NOT a free appointment. So why didn’t anyone call my name? Why isn’t there a proper system in place? You should at least have a digital token display so people know when it’s their turn — but clearly, basic organization is too much to expect from your clinic. Your team was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you can’t offer a proper service, then don’t take people’s money. I want my ₹400 refunded immediately — because I got absolutely nothing for it except wasted time and disrespect. Sort this out, and don’t make excuses. I expect a reply and a refund
