3. Select your District.

5. Select the hospital type  Government or Private.
6. Select the relevant specialty for cancer treatment, such as Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology or Surgical Oncology, depending on the available options.
7. Enter or select the exact hospital name, if required.
8. Enter the captcha displayed on the screen.
9. Click on Search.
10. Confirm that the hospital's empanelment is active and ask the Ayushman help desk at CMC Vellore whether the required cancer treatment is covered under an approved package for the patient.

• Ayushman Bharat card, if available
• Aadhaar card or another accepted photo ID
