Aapka 3 saal purana hip joint fracture ka dard abhi tak chal raha hai, is baat ko lightly nahi lena chahiye.

Sabse pehle yeh jaanna zaroori hai ki 3 saal pehle aapka kis tareeke se treatment hua tha — kya surgery hui thi ya plaster/bed rest se ilaaj hua tha?

Abhi ke liye, ek orthopaedic doctor aapka clinical examination karega — jismein pain points dekhe jayenge. Uske baad, wo aapko recommend kar sakte hain X-ray ya MRI scan – jisse yeh samajh aaye ki bone, joint ya surrounding muscles ka status kya hai.

Iske basis par treatment plan decide hoga – jaise physiotherapy, pain management, ya agar zarurat ho to revision surgery bhi suggest ho sakti hai.

Jab tak complete diagnosis nahi hota, bhaari kaam, running aur zyada bending avoid karein.

Daily Precautions & Self-Care Tips

  1. Weight-bearing se bachein : Zyada der khade rehna, bhaagna, ya heavy kaam karne se bachna chahiye. Walking stick ka sahara le sakte hain.
  2. Gentle movement karein: Physiotherapist ke guidance mein halka movement aur stretching karein taaki joint stiff na ho.
  3. Low sitting avoid karein: Toilet ya farsh par baithna avoid karein. Western toilet aur firm chair ka use karein.
  4. Hot & cold pack ka use: Ice pack se sujan kam hoti hai (15 mins), Warm compress se stiffness relief milta hai
  5. Weight management: Agar wajan zyada hai to hip pe pressure badhta hai. Sahi diet aur doctor-guided exercise follow karein.
  6. Painkillers bina doctor ke na lein: Self-medication se asli problem chhup jaati hai. Doctor ke advice se hi dawai lein.
  7. Supportive footwear pehnein: Flat ya ghise hue slippers ki jagah cushioned shoes pehnein.
  8. Proper mattress use karein: Bahut soft bed ya farsh pe mat soyen. Firm mattress pe, pichwade ke neeche takiya rakh kar soyen.
