Important: Not every hospital accepts the Ayushman card, and not every eye hospital offers cataract surgery under PM-JAY. Before visiting, confirm that the hospital is currently empanelled and that the cataract surgery package is available and approved for the patient. 

How to find an Ayushman hospital for cataract surgery in your city or district?

1. Open the official Ayushman Bharat hospital search portal: Ayushman Empanelled Hospital List.
2. Select your state.
3. Select your district.
4. View the list of PM-JAY-empanelled hospitals in that district.
5. Select Government or Private hospital, as required.
6. Choose the relevant speciality, such as Ophthalmology or Eye Care, if the option is available.
7. Search for the hospital name you want to visit.
8. Enter the captcha displayed on the screen.
9. Click on Search to view the available hospital details.
10. Contact the hospital's Ayushman help desk and confirm whether cataract surgery is available under an approved PM-JAY package and whether cashless treatment can be authorised.
