i was extremely worried about my pilonidal sinus surgery. it's a complicated thing. the dr at sahyadri hosp was v patient, explained everything. the laser treatment was suggested and it worked well. recovery was a bit painful bt staff was supportive. the room was clean and food was okay. overall, happy with the outcome, just wished the initial waiting time was shorter. the nurses were really kind and made sure i was comfortable. they checked on me regularly and helped with pain management. definitely a good option for such surgeries in pune.
