Very poor experience, No urgency on patient care , everyone only trying to complete the duty , no proper answers , no proper billing , Good example is huge bill difference in IPD blood test and OPD blood test on home visit collections , IPD being 160% higher on cost , No proper way of talking to patients on OPD appointments , rude answers , overall very poor

Dr.pushpa otive is the worst doctor for pregnant women.she does not look after the patient in the last moments only msg on WhatsApp . She handover the patient to another doctor from same hospital.worst doctor.does not do the delivery on her own.due to her negligence we have lost our baby.please do not go for dr.pushpa otive

मैंने अपने पापा का हार्ट ट्रीटमेंट Ruby Hall Clinic, Wanowrie, Pune में करवाया। डॉ ने इलाज किया और बहुत अच्छे से समझाया। स्टाफ भी बहुत मददगार था। हमें यहाँ आने का फैसला बिलकुल सही लगा।

I had a successful gallbladder surgery at Ruby Hall Clinic Wanowrie, Pune, under Dr. Dinesh Jain. The hospital was very clean, and the nursing staff was kind and professional. I’m grateful for their care during my stay. Everything from admission to discharge was smooth.
