Unsatisfactory Experience at SRV Hospital, Goregaon* My father was recently hospitalized at SRV Hospital in Goregaon, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by ineffective communication and procedural inefficiencies between the Billing Department and the ICU Department. *Breakdown in Communication and Process* Upon payment of the bill, the patient's details were inadvertently deleted from the system, causing a significant delay in the discharge process. As a result, the ICU doctors and nurses were unable to prepare the discharge card, leading to a delay of almost three hours. *Unacceptable Delay and Frustration* The overall discharge process took over six hours to complete, causing undue stress and frustration for our family. Such avoidable mistakes and delays are unacceptable and highlight the need for improved communication, process streamlining, and attention to detail within the hospital's administrative and billing systems.

I am still having pain after 3 months of surgery, .ay be surgery was not good. Dr should provide more care and empathy with patients just like they provide if customer approach them directly. Afterwards follow up from agency should be pro actively with quick response.

I had a very bad experience with Hexa health. Representative arrived 2 hrs late which caused the operation to be delayed. Tests were conducted in a hurry and patient had to wait in reception 2 hrs for admission process. No clear instructions to hospital on room allotment as promised by hexa and required unlimited calls to get the job done. Hospital is average and services not as advertised by Hexa Health.
