Patient got operated on Saturday 1st of Feb, no doctor showed up even after 2 days of operation, apart from that he suggested daily bandaging and cleaning is required, sr. Sister did dressing for consecutive 2 days but none noticed that there was gauze left inside the wound that needs to be replaced on every dressing. I am afraid now that this may cause infection inside for which operation was performed. Who is responsible
