They’re not at all responsive and will behave rudely upon saying it, I’ve called more than 5/6 times today and they are calling me back after 4 hours whereas I’ve already visited the clinic myself and booked an appointment. What’s the point of providing book on call services when y’all can’t even manage it properly?
