Write a ReviewMy mother underwent a knee replacement surgery under Dr. Atul Srivastava (Narayana Hospital, Howrah & RN Tagore Hospital, Kolkata). Unfortunately, due to his negligence and careless treatment, my mother lost her life on 15th August 2025. Instead of proper post-surgery care, he discharged my mother from Narayana Super Speciality, Howrah, the very same day. His lack of responsibility, and money-minded attitude caused irreparable loss to my family. I strongly advise others not to trust this doctor. Please be very cautious before consulting him.

Nice place for premium treatment with great resolution. All staff coordinate politely and are friendly also...most of the best part is all doctors are well experienced and familiar also.

Narayana is a very good hospital. First of all the doctor's behaviour is very good from all employees of patients. Taking care of their patients, and responsibility is a very good experience in all aspects.

Hospital says an affordable cost but reality is not. The hospital are unnecessary huge charges an admission patient. Is really unaffordable 😭
It was a very bad experience with Dr sandeep jain at narayana superspecility hospital. Very unprofessional doctor, He was very rude with the patient and with family members also during his entire treatment. The doctor was not taking the patient seriously, instead of giving an emergency treatment to my brother, they were treating him very casually nor did he consulted any of the senior doctor out there. We tried to connect him with other doctors also but he didn't cooperated, he was not at all cooperating with the patient and family members also, During 8 days of his treatment, he never discussed or informed anything related to treatment with any of the family member. We might have saved him if the case had been taken more seriously. It seems that because of his negligence my brother is no more. And also along with the treatment, the doctors should also know how to behave with a patient and with their family members. Already my brother and we were going through such a big thing, so it is the duty of the doctor to console and give proper details about the on going treatment to his family members. In almost 8 days of treatment, it did not seem that the doctor was serious about the patient. Even after all this, Dr. Sandeep Jain is not giving any answer on anything related to his treatment and behaviour.

Dr. Shuvro Roy Chowdhury performed a process called Cryoablation therapy to remove a 5 mm renal mass from the left kidney. He’s exceptionally meticulous with his work ensuring par-excellence performance during this procedure. Not only did he manage to remove the mass, the post-surgery recovery is satisfying to experience. I highly recommend him.
My father in law is under extensive treatment at Narayana, howrah from the last 4 years. He was diagnosed with ca, vocal cord and is completely under remission since then. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone for patient care.

I visited the first time in the hospital. The token system for billing is very good. This system is very effective, specifically for senior citizens. Billing work is carried out in a well-disciplined manner. Receptionists are very cooperative. The OPD Doctor with whom I consulted is a very well-behaved and caring with the patients.
The overall performance of every staff member including the Doctors is seemed good and appreciable.
I've been in touch with this hospital since last year. I always come for OPD and some Lab. services with prior appointment. I don't have to wait too much for the services. For lab tests like blood exam etc no prior appointment is required. Services are provided instantly. I have not to wait for Exam Reports which are delivered by email instantly when it is done. Behaviour of Dr and staff is excellent.
You will get quality health care. The management is excellent.

It's undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in the city when it comes to Oncology .... For the last three years, I have had the opportunity to remain attached to this hospital as a patient, and I must say the doctors here are too good, along with the nursing staff.
