I want to share my personal experience with Hexa Company in hopes that it might help others make informed decisions. I had one of the worst professional experiences with this company. They presented themselves as a direct employer, but later I found out they were acting as a third-party broker, not the actual service provider.
The care and cleanliness were excellent.

On 8th March 2024, I first time consulted Dr. Sukrit Singh Sethi at Narayana Hospital, and from the very first visit, I experienced remarkable relief. His expertise, compassionate approach, and patient-friendly behavior made a significant difference in my treatment journey. Dr. Sethi took the time to understand my medical history, explained the treatment plan in detail, and provided personalized care. Thanks to him, my problem is now completely cured, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best gastroenterologists I have ever met. He has a vast experience of treating gastoentrointestinal diseases . Besides that he is a good human being. I had undergone distal radial angioplasty at Narayana Hospital by Dr S K Chugh. The procedure went smoothly and recovery was uneventful. Dr. S K Chugh is very nice, experienced and a thorough professional.

The hospital is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport. Because of this, we reached the hospital quickly, and my father was able to undergo his cardiac surgery on time.

It was a really smooth and hassle free experience. They took care of small issues like cabs for pick and drop as well. Great work
After taking a claim of around 1,70,000 from insurance company, still you took 4000 from me. Already you have billed insurance company very high but still took cash from my pocket. Also, booking a normal cab post surgery was not a good option. Suffered a lot of shocks from normal cab and got pain on my chest. Food of hospital was pathetic. Took to long to discharge.
My treatment is done. And it all was smooth and good. And I would like thanks Eram she helped me a lot with everything and she is helpful. And as well as dr. Priyanka Sharma is also good she did my treatment carefully. Thanks everyone.
