They force you to rent equipment from their supplier, which actually is the hospital. Some guy with crying children in the back pics the phone and demands deposit and payment. Since you are in an emergency, you do it. Then when time comes to get your deposit back, hospital process and all that, the deposit will take 10 days or more. It’s an outsourced vendor, they take their sweet time to release refund, if it’s a resident from outside, the patient has no way to get it. They are fleecing money from innocent people

What makes Dr Tapan so Special? I have known Dr Tapan for last 2 years. He treated my husband for Rectum Cancer. First of all, he is a great human being, very humble & compassionate. The journey of the Cancer patient & his family is not easy but the valuable guidance, motivation, care & cooperation of the Dr and his team from time to time made a lot of difference. I would also say Dr Tapan is the master in his kingdom of Onco Surgery. I wish him all the best for his future journey, saving many more lives & healing the patients with his empathetic attitude & patience.

My lungs were badly affected. I was continuously facing issues. With the help of Hexabuddy Ravish, I was admitted to Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon. The doctor who handled my case was knowledgeable. He performed my surgery. The surgery was successful and I have recovered.

My father had a minor heart attack twice. Tisri baar jab aaya attack, bahut emergency case ho gya. Hexabuddy ke help se bahut immediately Artemis me admit karwaaya and hospital waalo ke process etne smooth they aaram se surgery ke time mil gyi turant ki. Doctor bhi available they. Emergency be cabg surgery hu. Aaj mere father sahi ho gye hai. Mai really thankful hu. hospital k doctor and staffs ne acha care kara.

Mujhe kabhi bhi achnak se severe headaches ho jati thi, jab bolta tha bahut muskil hoti thi, log mere baatein clearly samjh nahi paa rhe they. Ek din mai car drive karke office ke liye jaa rha apne ek friend ke sath. Mujhe dekhne me difficulty hone lagi aur maine break le lia. Jab mujhe laga chize bilkul thik nahi hai maine dost ke suggestion par Artemis pahucha. Waha eye doctor ko dikhaya, unhone immediately mujhe neurologist ko refer kar dia. Neurologist ne diagnose kia then pata chala brain me clot hai. Doctor ke diye medicines kaafi helpful hai. Maine regualrly khaa raha and thik hu. Doobara issues nahi aai hai.

We waited for the ambulance for about 2 hours with patient's state being critical and Hexa team suggesting that ambulance is on way for entire 2 hours when. At last we had to get the patient in our personal car since she couldn't wait any longer. Hopeless service
