Write a ReviewI recently visited this eye hospital and was quite disappointed with the lack of a priority queue for senior citizens. My elderly parent had to wait in the same long queue as everyone else, which was physically exhausting for them. Hospitals, especially eye hospital that cater to a large number of elderly patients, should have a dedicated fast-track lane for senior citizens. The doctors and medical staff were professional and the treatment was satisfactory, but the absence of basic elderly-friendly facilities is a major letdown. I hope the management takes note and introduces a proper senior citizen priority system at the earliest.
Visited for my severe eye pain. Diagnosis was quick and accurate. The pain has reduced significantly after the prescribed medication. A reliable hospital.
