My name is Faridaus Akhtar I am 64 years old from Prayagraj Karnalganj I visited Sharp Sight Hospital due to an eye infection and consulted Dr Anusha Sachand After a detailed checkup she advised me to undergo cataract surgery Initially I was hesitant because many people suggested avoiding surgery in summer but due to my convenience I decided to proceed The doctor handled everything very carefully and kept checking on my progress during the treatment The surgery was successful and I did not face any issues during recovery The experience was smooth just like what people usually expect in winter I am satisfied with the doctor’s care and the supportive behavior of the hospital staff Overall it was a comfortable and reassuring experience

Meri beti sirf 8 saal ki hai aur uska number -3.0 tak pahunch gaya tha, jisse main kaafi pareshan thi ki kahin vision aur na bigad jaye. Humne Sharp Sight Eye Hospital visit kiya jahan doctors ne humein Myopia Control Glasses ke baare mein detail mein samjhaya. Ye special lenses bacchon mein number badhne ki speed ko control karne mein help karte hain. Nirosha ko ye glasses kaafi comfortable lag rahe hain aur ab mujhe uski vision ko lekar pehle se zyada confidence hai. Overall experience reassuring aur helpful raha.

Today, on 17.12.2025 I visited your Shahdara Sharp Sight Centre to consult Dr. Rasika Khedkar after getting her prior appointment for 11.40 a.m. After going through preliminary general tests I was asked to go to the doctor on 3rd floor. There it took me more than one and a half hour sitting idly before getting into doctor's room, the reason being that there were already many patients who were given dilation for which they are compulsorily required to wait for about an hour or so. As I was not the case of dilation I requested the staff there to allow me to go to the doctor. But they did not accede to my request and told that you can go to the doctor only after those patients. It is also mentioned here that I have been undergoing treatment of Dr. Rahul Bhatia who was told to have left the hospital. But no other doctor was there in his place. This may also be the reason that there was a rush of patients with Dr. Khedkar. My humble suggestion is that in such a situation, non dilation cases of patients may be treated on priority basis. Also, kindly consider the patients of the age of 75 years and above to be treated on priority. (SitaRam Verma, Yamuna Vihar, Ph.8076119263)
