Write a ReviewToday, on 17.12.2025 I visited your Shahdara Sharp Sight Centre to consult Dr. Rasika Khedkar after getting her prior appointment for 11.40 a.m. After going through preliminary general tests I was asked to go to the doctor on 3rd floor. There it took me more than one and a half hour sitting idly before getting into doctor's room, the reason being that there were already many patients who were given dilation for which they are compulsorily required to wait for about an hour or so. As I was not the case of dilation I requested the staff there to allow me to go to the doctor. But they did not accede to my request and told that you can go to the doctor only after those patients. It is also mentioned here that I have been undergoing treatment of Dr. Rahul Bhatia who was told to have left the hospital. But no other doctor was there in his place. This may also be the reason that there was a rush of patients with Dr. Khedkar. My humble suggestion is that in such a situation, non dilation cases of patients may be treated on priority basis. Also, kindly consider the patients of the age of 75 years and above to be treated on priority. (SitaRam Verma, Yamuna Vihar, Ph.8076119263)
