Wonderful experience with HexaHealth. Dr. Anil Kumar Kaler was a wonderful surgeon, and the Hexa staff was always helpful and kind specially Rinky and vishal support was very helpful. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose HexaHealth and would highly recommend to anyone

Hospital service was not up to the mark, the staff was not friendly and have some issue with their behavior they were. They were not even taking proper follow ups to the patient. Never going to recommend this hospital again to anyone. Rest the hexahealth experience was good enough.

The service was not at all good and my surgery is not been done. Because of the fault of hospital as the reports was misleading

The hexa buddy were very helpfull but if I talk about your calling assistant Diksha she is veri unprofessional, did not have full knowledge of hospital and how the medical insurance works and I had to face alot of problem because of her lack of knowledge and blaming others and not taking initiative. She needs to get educated first then direct the patients. Heads up to hexa buddies as they work really hard. My hexa buddies were Shekhar and Sumit and both were really helpful.
