My journey started when I suddenly experienced severe abdominal pain. It turned out to be appendicitis requiring immediate surgery. Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, handled my emergency with incredible speed and efficiency. The general surgeon was brilliant, and the entire surgical team put me at ease. Post-surgery, the pain management was excellent, and the nursing staff truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and quick recovery. I can't thank them enough for their timely and expert intervention.

The billing services is worst in Manipal Hospital Dwarka specially for panel patient. For a simple CBC test billing, I have to wait for minimum 45 minutes. The staff sitting for Investigation billing at panel counter, are totally unprofessional and rude. They are more interested and smarter in chit-chatting with each other and arguing with patient.I asked them to talk with their head, they told कहीं बैठी होगी देख लो...When I tried the phone number of Head named Priyanka Dutta but the call was not attended.My patient is suffering from Cancer, I am not asking for any priority but time management must be their atleast at billing counter..This is not a matter of singal time but everytime.. Request to look into matter....
mere pitaji ki hernia repair surgery manipal hospital mein hui. doctors ne bohot ache se handle kiya sab kuch. staff ka behaviour bhi bahut achha tha. admission aur discharge process bhi fast tha. overall experience was good, jaldi discharge mil gaya aur ab papa theek hain.

Her diet plans not only gave me amazing results but her constant motivation and inspiring words kept me going even on tough days. The patient is harassed at the billing counter, there it is not even told to submit the prescription for the test, they take all the patient slips there and after waiting there for an hour, they tell that slip is deposited for blood test and billing will be done at the next counter, then deposit the slip and then make the patient wait for 2 hours, even after getting the referral slip, they ask for the prescription whereas slips are not given at the polyclinic, this harasses the senior citizens, if there is any need of this kind, then email should be sent to the polyclinic, very bad service, billing counter, HRCT chest billing counter very bad staff. No coperate , totally harashment in patient, totaly time in phone call busy,
I consulted Dr. Ankita Baidya at Manipal Hospital, and she is an excellent doctor specializing in infectious diseases. We're extremely satisfied with her treatment. Her coordinator, Rachna ji, is also very polite and helpful. She has always responded promptly whenever we've contacted her."
I am not happy with all of mentioned above. Specifically behaviour of doctors, they even don’t know to talk to patients “patiently”. Specifically dental doctor sabreen gujral she is rude to patient.
