The billing services is worst in Manipal Hospital Dwarka specially for panel patient. For a simple CBC test billing, I have to wait for minimum 45 minutes. The staff sitting for Investigation billing at panel counter, are totally unprofessional and rude. They are more interested and smarter in chit-chatting with each other and arguing with patient.I asked them to talk with their head, they told कहीं बैठी होगी देख लो...When I tried the phone number of Head named Priyanka Dutta but the call was not attended.My patient is suffering from Cancer, I am not asking for any priority but time management must be their atleast at billing counter..This is not a matter of singal time but everytime.. Request to look into matter....
I sincerely thank Dt. Vaishali Verma for guiding me on this wonderful journey. Her diet plans not only gave me amazing results but her constant motivation and inspiring words kept me going even on tough days. The patient is harassed at the billing counter, there it is not even told to submit the prescription for the test, they take all the patient slips there and after waiting there for an hour, they tell that slip is deposited for blood test and billing will be done at the next counter, then deposit the slip and then make the patient wait for 2 hours, even after getting the referral slip, they ask for the prescription whereas slips are not given at the polyclinic, this harasses the senior citizens, if there is any need of this kind, then email should be sent to the polyclinic, very bad service, billing counter, HRCT chest billing counter very bad staff. No coperate , totally harashment in patient, totaly time in phone call busy,
I consulted Dr. Ankita Baidya at Manipal Hospital, and she is an excellent doctor specializing in infectious diseases. We're extremely satisfied with her treatment. Her coordinator, Rachna ji, is also very polite and helpful. She has always responded promptly whenever we've contacted her."

I am not happy with all of mentioned above. Specifically behaviour of doctors, they even don’t know to talk to patients “patiently”. Specifically dental doctor sabreen gujral she is rude to patient.

Worst Doctor ever! I am writing this review as a warning to others. If you love your and your loved ones lives pls do not get your treatment done from this doctor cz she considers her patients as one of the products in her money making factory. I had a high risk, ivf pregnancy. Hence started my pregnancy consultation from her thinking she is HOD of biggest n best hospital in my area. But thats a lesson for me that a well educated person is not essentially a good human or a good medical practitioner. It will be a 10 page review if i will start mentioning about whats wrong with this doctor, so cutting it short. She sent an unknown doc from her team at last minute for my c section without informing me or anyone in my family. A doc who dint know anything about my medical history or current condition, whom i had never met before and she just came n started the surgery and unknowingly cut my placenta bcz of which my baby's blood/oxygen supply got cut for sometime and he ended up on ventilator. Also, it caused so much blood loss in me. Moreover, they dint use anesthesia properly or tried to understand if it worked or not n started operating. Due to which i could feel the pain of surgery n literally saw death before my eyes. Thankfully me n my baby are alive n finally ok though this trauma will live with me forever. If this review saves even one patient's live from this worst doc, i will be glad.

Very Good hospital and Good service. Overall experience was good ,Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent ,doctor in OPD 2 helps me lots realated billing.
Such a good hospital and staff was very cooperative.. We've got a single room there was very good... And the doctor was very experienced who has done a surgery... There was no infection and no side effects on body after a laproscopy.. I'll recommend it to all searching for a good hospital 🏥.... Go for it
