Please don't go to this clinic for hair transplant! I inquired this clinic for facial hair transplant. And I booked my hair transplant with them and paid advance two days before the surgery. After paying the advance they suddenly increased the cost of the procedure. I'm coming from abroad, and I booked my flights and hotels, they knew it and increased the price just a day before the surgery. I had no choice, then I agreed to pay it. Also they are not providing the tax invoice. Just giving a manual estimate slip for the payment made. The transplant is also a very horrible experience. For a hair transplant, marking the transplant area is the most important. The doctor has no patience to do it, she is marking the procedure area without any measurements. The marking is not symmetrical, I asked to do it one more time. The answer she give is I don't have much time to do marking again, with a rude voice. I seriously don't know what to do that time. Then the surgery is done in a hurry and she completed it without doing what I wanted. After the procedure the doctor never explain me the post procedures properly, they sent some post procedures steps in WhatsApp. I got big scars on my transplanted area. After so many months still the scars are not fading out. Again I went to another procedure to remove my scars. Now I'm having a lot of hair fall issues also after the surgery. I had a very very bad experience at chandra clinic. I regret going to this place.
