1. The hospital services were below average as they didn't even serve breakfast to the patient until we asked till 11 am. 2. The surgeon was very late even after the appointment and given enough time. 3. The patient is feeling burns and pain even after being discharged and when we are calling Gopi Gupta(Hexa Health Representative), Jayant Kushwaha for emergency there is no response even after multiple calls and at 10:30 Am. So the time is not something when they may be asleep. And that is aft

Before surgery they didn't tell about the surgery estimate and after surgery they all are not responding at all.
