I am disappointed with the refund handling by Apollo Spectra TPA. After my discharge, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 24–48 hours, but it has still not been credited. Last Friday, I spoke with a representative named Vivek, who explained that due to an internal audit at the hospital, the refund request had been delayed. He apologised and assured me that he had raised the refund request on Friday evening and that I would receive the amount by Monday evening. When I followed up via email with the TPA help desk, I received a different response stating that refunds take 7–8 business days from the date of discharge — a timeline which has already passed. Later, another team member assured me that the refund would definitely be received by Wednesday evening. Unfortunately, there is still no update or credit of the amount. The lack of consistency in communication and repeated assurances without actual action is very frustrating. I am unable to understand the reason for this continued delay. I request Apollo Spectra TPA to process the refund immediately and provide a clear and transparent update, as patients should not have to chase their own money after treatment.

My experience at Apollo Spectra Hospitals was excellent. The staff provided good supervision, ensuring my comfort and well-being throughout my treatment. The facilities were top-notch, and the medical care was exceptional. I felt well taken care of during my time there.

I consulted Dr. Pankaj Walecha for Knee arthroscopy at Apollo Spectra, Karol Bagh. The surgery was a success, and the recovery facilities were top-notch. The nursing staff was attentive, and the overall care was exceptional. One of the best hospital in Karol Bagh, Delhi.
