I am writing this review with a very heavy heart. My 24-day-old baby tragically passed away while under the care of this hospital. Based on my experience, I believe that this was the result of medical negligence. Despite the seriousness of the situation and our repeated requests for answers, the hospital has denied any responsibility and has refused to acknowledge the issue in writing they have accepted their mistake of not attenting the baby in NICU. Their acceptance was in hospital lobby of NICU verbally. I expected compassion, transparency, and accountability during our most vulnerable time, but instead we faced insensitivity and a lack of support. No family should ever have to go through what we went through. I sincerely hope that the hospital takes accountability, reviews its processes, and ensures that no other family has to endure such a devastating loss. Important point to highlight here is this is just one case for our baby despite there have been multiple cases infront of us. However not everyone has the capability to fight the instance with a big Institute. I request people reading this pass the awareness to bring the hospital to justice for those innocent souls which left us because of their mistake.
