Today had appointment at 12.30..reached 12.50..the receptionist was not allowed us. Although many patients are sited there..we are ready to wait as well..but she said koi fayda nhi.. number nhi ayega apka... doctor ne late anewalo ko naa bola hai..my mom is coming from Malad..in Mumbai we know traffic kitna rehta hai..then to she not allowed nor given permission to talk to the doctor as well...she said (her name is manali)...aap kal appointment lekar aa jao...firstly appointment bhi jaldi nhi mil pata..very much disappointment regarding the hospitality..
