Totally dispointed with the highly unprofessional, rude and negligent behavior exhibited by its medical and non medical staff during the treatment of my newborn baby.The staff showed visible ignorance and careless approach while handling my newborn,who was experiencing breathing difficulties. I also personally witnessed the mistreatment of another infant in an adjacent room who suffered excessive bleeding without prompt attention or adequate urgency by the attending staff,which was deeply disturbing. There was a total absence of empathy or professionalism while dealing with critical pediatric cases.Such conduct of the staff not only violates medical norms and patient rights but also endangers the lives of innocent children and shakes public trust in healthcare systems.
