Really bad experience I have for the stapler circumssion. Earlier they told everything will be covered as part insurance,after the insurance deduction they took 20000 extra from me saying it's the cost of the stapler which is not covered by insurance. if you search for stapler cost it is somewhere around 5000. So the total cost is 50 k including stapler cost ,so better don't go with this hexahealth.

I had the worst experience with Hexa Health. Their promises are fake, their staff is unprofessional, and they do not care about patients at all. They just want to make money, not actually help. I was misled, misinformed, and ignored. They wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. Totally unreliable and irresponsible service. I strongly advise others to stay away from this fraud company. Mr. Ajay the sales person. He made fake commitments and they are just fraud

Very pathetic experience and painful treatment. Most pathetic before the surgery they will guide you no need to worry everything should be covered by cashless claim. After surgery they took stapler price 20000 from me and other charges like hospital, operation, injection and room charges via claim. When I asked for my bills hospital given the bill to me which they have claimed from my insurance. But hexa health doesn't provide bill for the stapler. When I asked the support executive named Anitha she told I don't have bill I requested for ,it's more than a week. So bad experience I have with the payment process.

It’s very worst experience initially they said only 3 hours treatment but after the surgery they’re response is very very bad literally worst no response at all before the surgery they will fallowup like anything after surgery done and shifted to ward they are clueless on the discharge timing currently am in hospital no one responding for discharge it’s been 24 hours, definitely I will not recommend this Hexa services anymore and I will suggest the people to not to choose this service it’s very time consuming and very worst services

Hexa Health is Untrustworthy and Misleading I had a horrifying experience with Hexa Health. They deliberately withheld critical information about my surgery—including the exact procedure, costs, recovery time, and necessary medications. I was left completely uninformed and unprepared, putting my health at serious risk. This level of negligence is dangerous. Medical care requires trust, transparency, and proper communication—none of which Hexa Health provided. Their lack of accountability and failure to disclose vital details is unacceptable. I strongly warn against trusting Hexa Health with your medical needs. Instead, go directly to a hospital where you can consult qualified doctors who will provide clear, honest, and responsible care. Your health and safety depend on it.
