Kamar Dard ke Sambhav Kaaran:

• Lumbar spondylosis ya kamar ke joints ki problem

• Halka phulka yoga jaise Bhujangasana ya Makarasana – sirf doctor ki salah se

• Calcium aur Vitamin D ka level check karwayein – zarurat ho to supplement lein

• Lambi der tak baithna ya letna avoid karein – thoda chalna-phirna jaruri hota hai

👉 Important: Agar dard 1–2 hafte mein kam nahi hota ya pair mein sunpan, jalan, ya weakness mehsoos ho to turant doctor se consult karein – ho sakta hai X-ray ya MRI ki zarurat ho.
