Write a Review3 months continuous dry cough… many tablets tried but no relief. doctor suggested chest X-ray and PFT. mild allergic bronchitis nu sonnar. correct treatment kudutha apram cough almost poiduchu. romba patient-ah explain pannuvaar.
My father was admitted with high fever, oxygen drop and severe pneumonia. Dr Avinash monitored him daily, adjusted antibiotics based on culture report and slowly reduced oxygen support. We were scared initially but the recovery was steady and safe.
After COVID I had breathlessness even while walking inside the house. Pulmonary rehabilitation exercises, breathing training and gradual walking schedule helped me regain stamina in 6 weeks. very systematic follow up.
I had loud snoring and daytime sleepiness for years. Doctor advised sleep study and CPAP titration. First few nights were difficult but his counselling helped me continue. Now my BP is better and I don’t feel tired during office hours.
