She started structured sleep hygiene, CBT-based sessions and very mild medication. Within 5 weeks my sleep improved from 2 hours to 6–7 hours. The gradual plan made it sustainable.
After delivery I had crying spells and bonding difficulty with my baby. Dr Aruna explained postpartum depression in simple terms and started therapy along with safe medication for breastfeeding mothers. In 6 weeks I felt emotionally stable and connected with my child again.
