He pursued post-doctoral research as a BNI Research Scholar, and holds a Fellowship in Cerebrovascular Surgery (FCVS) from the Barrow Neurological Institute, USA.

He holds a Fellowship in Neuro-Oncosurgery (FNO) from RGCIRC, and a Fellowship in Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery from Sapporo Teishinkai Hospital in Japan.

He completed a Fellowship in Neuro-Intervention at St Marys Hospital in Korea, and a Fellowship in Endoscopic Spine Surgery at the Third Peoples Hospital of Henan in China.

Furthermore, he completed a Clinical Observership in Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic Spine Surgery at Care Hospital. Dr Dibya has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and presented numerous papers and operative videos at medical conferences.

He served as the Chief Resident in Neurosurgery at JPNATC and as a link officer for the G20 summit in Delhi. He was awarded an ICMR scholarship and won first prize in an e-poster competition at the Neuropathology Conference in Delhi.
