The representative Rashmi was not helpful AT ALL. Did not provide any sort of information. While I myself had to regularly followup asking for preparation before surgery or Consultation itself - still no info was provided. Because of her careless and disappointing behaviour,i wanted to opt out and consult somewhere else. Just because of Aftaab who was present there,things became easier. He was really helpful & co-operative. When tried contacting the Lady multiple times, for why I wasn't informed

It's complete fraudulent. They cheated us with fake promises about hospital service and package. I'll definitely write reviews everywhere and make a vlog on this experience so that people know how you people cheat patients. It's very inhumane that you play with patients at their tough days.

I took d & c treatment from Dr. Arthy Sharma on January through hexa health. Before procedure they gave suggestion well and explained and I paid 20k. but after treatment my health is not at all good even after 2 months of procedure I not got periods so I contacted hexa. They told to do some blood test I done that also, later they refuse to give medicine & says to consult some other gynecologist and hide about past treatment and take medicine. Very worst treatment I lost my health completely beca

Not done post surgery follow ups yet. So no comments on that. The hospital staff /nurses were very rude and ill mannered to me when i tried to help give them information from Hexahealth, I apologized even if i had done nothing wrong to bring peace, but they called me egoistic and bad words just pre admission/surgery. This is not how any patients should be treated before procedure after huge payment of a half day opd. I would never recommend the hospital or take a follow up there.

The experience is worse, The service is worse and the Representative is a Liar. The hospital is worst you can come across, Starting from the Reception guy, who was sarcastically laughing at my face, when i said i was confirmed that i would be getting a Personal Cabin, in the package that was finalised. The Hexa Representative Lied about the package having a personal Cabin. Then he was not bale to book the cab, where i said, i did not need it anyway, and he persisted that he wants to do it, but

I was to be given a private room, but I was given a general ward (not even a semi private room) for more than 4 hours post the surgery. After multiple followups they at last around 4-4.30pm, they shifted me to a private room when I was about to be discharged. This was very disappointing. I could not get any rest or sleep post procedure due to children crying around the general ward. The hospital staff was condenscending. They were not listening were not around when I was feeling nausea or wanted

1. Billing clarity was not given. When I asked I was said Rs 6500 to 10000 for full procedure whereas they charged 20000 actually which is double than what was told me. 2. Hospital hygiene was not that good 3. The reception staffs billing staffs were really confused about how much to charge. 4. The surgeon and nurses were really good and taken care of patient really well, explained really well.
