One of the worst hospitals in India, not just Aligarh. The entire staff—from MD to nurses and attendants—is shockingly unprofessional. ICU staff sleep during duty hours, watch mobile videos, and use loud, abusive language. Staff from other wards also sleep inside ICU at night. There is no fixed schedule for medicines, and no monitoring system that works effectively. When the oxygen cylinders ran out, alarms were ignored. Either my father or I had to wake up the ICU staff ourselves. They would take 15–20 minutes to resume oxygen, even for critical patients. Staff lacked even basic medical understanding—humidifiers were run dry without distilled water, risking patients' lives. Cleanliness is nearly absent. No proper drinking water, and only one shared toilet for patients, staff, and visitors, located on the ground floor. On multiple occasions, I saw Dr. Sameer and other staff eating peanuts inside the ICU, showing complete disregard for hygiene and professionalism. Tragically, my father passed away due to repeated negligence in oxygen supply. We kept requesting help, but the staff was careless, lazy, and slow to act. This hospital is worse than a government facility. Please don’t risk your loved one’s life here. Most positive reviews seem paid and do not reflect the ground reality.
