सिर में दर्द का उपचार आपके यहाँ का चल रहा है आराम भी था पर 18 /10/2025 को शाम 8बजे अचानक मरीज को सिर दर्द होने लगा और बेहोश हो गयी एक घंटे बाद होश आया पर अभी बिलकुल सुस्त हो गयी है चलने पर चक्कर आ रहा है खाना पीना कुछ अच्छा नहीं लग रहा है कृपया मेरी अपॉइंटमेंट कन्फर्म करें ताकि डॉ साहेब को दिखा कर सलाह ले सके और उचित उपचार हो सके
