We visited Dr Neenu Sadhanandhan (Elite mission hospital-Thrissur) to remove two black spots on my Daughters face .She has agreed to perform the procedure and completed it in about 30 minutes ,charging Rs 4000/- When we questioned about the charge ? She has indicated that several "Hidden Marks" that also removed ,Which We had neither requested nor noticed... Other thing is why someone should worry to remove something which is noticeable ?? She wanted to extort the money and justify it by saying she has removed extra marks which was not visitble ! Good Explanation! Anyway , Within a week the original black spot reappeared .When we visited and questioned her , I was charged another Rs 400 for this consultation where it was not a consultation rather complaint. -We were told that there was no guarantee of complete removal !! I strongly feel this should have been communicated upfront rather be more reactive ... Based on my experience ,I strongly suspect that either the procedure was not performed correctly or the focus is more on charging more from patients than achieving the required results . I advise others to be cautious about this doctor for any kind of treatment and ask detailed questions about the procedures ,cost and expected results in case someone want really get treatment from her... Those who are taking treatment , all the best for them !
