Dr Devi is exceptional in her treatment with patients. However, the private consultation has some issues. The front office staff of Dr. Devi’s private consultation room at Neyyatinkara is very rude to the patients. I have pre booked the consultation and given a token number and time to visit. Yet the front office staff acted rude to me and made me sit along with all walk- in clients. There is no politeness, clear instruction on where to sit, when to consult the doctor. There is no room to have any clarifications to the counter staff who manages the queue. Moreover, she mocks us after we ask any doubts. Such a derogatory behaviour from the staff. I would not recommend going for such a consultation even if the doctor is really good. Not at all a client friendly waiting area.
