I have taken service for my piles surgery, before surgery all is good, but after surgery doctor never came to check my condition except nurses. After 2 days I have suffering from some skin burning near surgery area. So i try to contact with Hexa health but no one replying to me. And never given post surgery follow up appointment.

I m not really happy with Hexa service post surgery… I was facing several issues requesting to consult with doctor but they didn’t take seriously . Never initiate customer satisfaction after surgery or payouts.. very much painful process never recommend anyone.

I was told that it would be laser operation.. however that is not hexa health fault, i got treated by another sergion and he doesn't told me that it would be a cut in back, and I got one stitch..

Hospital food was very good but Hospital having very rush and not bed shortage and chemist giving all generic inj and generic tab also for me . No branded medicine given by chemist after asking also.
