After two times procedure my mother .Dr Rahul and dr Satish both come at rushing seeing complexity. Reena madam very coprative.thsnks to the entire team and non medical staff gor the care.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Satish Kumar and Dr.Rahul kumar for the exceptional care provided to my father Shiva Mahto, during her recent surgery. Dr. Kumar has been not only a skilled doctor but also a compassionate and caring human being, ensuring my father well-being every step of the way. Thanks to his care, my mother is now stable and recovering well, and we are very appreciative of his efforts. However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue we encountered with the staff at the Heart Centre. Unfortunately, I found their behavior towards our family to be rude and uncooperative. The lack of empathy and professionalism during such a crucial time was distressing and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. I believe that improving the communication and attitude of the staff towards patients and their families would significantly enhance the experience at your hosp.I hope steps will be taken to address this matter so that future families do not face similar challenges.
