Dr Tapasvi treats patients with rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, labral pathology and shoulder impingement requiring keyhole surgical management. He performs arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilisation and labral reconstruction procedures.

Complex Alignment and Osteotomy Surgery

He manages patients with knee malalignment, varus and valgus deformities and early arthritis requiring corrective surgery before or instead of joint replacement. Procedures include high tibial osteotomy, distal femoral osteotomy and complex alignment correction surgeries.

Sports Injury Management

Dr Sachin treats athletes with ligament injuries, meniscus damage and sports-related joint pathologies requiring surgical and rehabilitative care. He performs complex sports reconstructive procedures and has conducted over 90 national and international cadaveric workshops as faculty.
