My journey started when I was diagnosed with a serious kidney problem, and NephroPlus became my hope. The facilities for fluid management are top-notch. I appreciated the hygienic environment and the proactive approach of the medical team. My recovery has been smooth. I must commend the entire administrative staff as well. They made all the paperwork and scheduling very manageable, which reduced a lot of stress during an already challenging time. Their seamless coordination is a definite plus. Staff behaviour was very nice.
