We were extremely dissatisfied with the treatment we received. Dr. Sandeep Hatwar is, unfortunately, the worst doctor I have ever encountered. For a minor feeding issue in my newborn baby (only 2 days old), he immediately recommended a major and life-threatening surgery — an exploratory laparotomy — without considering or discussing any alternative options. He pressured us into signing the surgical consent forms by instilling fear, insisting that surgery was the only way to save our baby’s life. On top of that, he mentioned his surgical fee of ₹1,10,000 without us even asking, which made the situation feel highly suspicious. Despite my repeated requests to explore non-surgical treatments, he refused and kept emphasizing his “30 years of experience” as a pediatric surgeon, claiming there was absolutely no other option. I felt uneasy and decided to take a Discharge Against Medical Advice (DAMA) the following morning. We immediately took our baby to another hospital, where the doctors examined him thoroughly and confirmed that he was perfectly healthy and did not require any surgery whatsoever. With just minor treatment for 2–3 days, our baby recovered completely and was discharged soon after. Today, our baby is 16 days old and doing perfectly fine. I am deeply grateful that we trusted our instincts and sought a second opinion. My humble request to all parents: please think twice before consulting Dr. Sandeep Hatwar at Nelson Hospital, Dhantoli, Nagpur. Our baby’s life was saved only because we decided to take a DAMA and seek proper medical advice elsewhere.

Dr Shraddha Thakur is an exceptionally gifted doctor. She really took great care for my daughter Gauri's delivery of baby boy Vivan. She is truly amazing and takes care of every patient with great passion and utmost maturity. I firmly believe that she is the best doctor in town with in depth knowledge and a zeal to excel. We wish her newer highs in her career and god bless her for serving the mankind so humbly and gracefully.

Worst doctor in nagpur for children is called Dr rashi Gupta
Worst doctor in Nelson hospital Dhantoli as Dr rashi Gupta as her behaviour with her colleagues and parents of the patient is very bad she don't respect her father mother it's okay but if she is a doctor she is behaving there family members as her pet. No sense of a good human being.worst doctor for children as after the argument she inserted some kind of infection in my child as he was okay before the argument and for same I shifted my baby boy to other hospitals as new city health hospital nagpur.
Doctors r very experienced and helpful
