Write a ReviewI had a very disappointing experience at Mumbai Eye Care, Ghatkopar West. My company provides a medical claim that covers cashless treatment, and I informed the hospital about this beforehand. However, when I arrived, they still charged me ₹1200 for a basic check-up. After I explained that my treatment should be cashless and came with a reference, they reduced ₹200 but still took ₹1000. The check-up process was extremely unorganized. There were six cabins, and instead of following a proper step-by-step process, multiple check-ups were happening simultaneously. Each check-up took around 25 minutes, making the process unnecessarily long. After the initial check-up, they applied eye drops but skipped an important step before proceeding to the next examination. When we inquired about the eye prescription (eye number), they refused to provide it. We had gone there for a LASIK operation, but they immediately dismissed it, saying it was "not possible" and instead recommended a different, more expensive surgery. What was shocking is that three different cabins provided three different eye power readings, which raised serious doubts about their accuracy and credibility. Finally, during the consultation, a person named Anuraj tried to manipulate us into an expensive treatment. He stated that our operation would not be covered under medical insurance, but he could "manage it" personally—however, they would not provide any bill or proof of the treatment. When we refused and said we didn’t want the treatment without a bill, he suddenly demanded ₹1200 again for the check-up. After a long argument, he only provided two reports but refused to give a payment receipt. Thankfully, I have proof of my Google Pay transaction. Conclusion: If you are relying on a cashless medical claim, this hospital will mislead you and try to manipulate

The Price of contract for surgery was competitive and the transaction was super smooth and surprisingly incentevised . A great n memorable experience. The Doctor or surgeon was great . Other than some administrative issues ,it was good and best experience

This experience has been comparable to nothing else I have seen or heard before. I could simply let my parents visit there without me and Shaibaz coordinated so well starting from documentation, cabs to the surgery until final follow ups that my parents felt me being there wouldn’t have made it any better for them than what he did.
