Dr Mihir Vorais a specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology with a rich experience of 10 years currently working in Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital. His areas of special interest are Acute Chronic Liver disease, Acute Liver Failure, Optimizing patients on the waitlist for transplantation, Refractory Ascites, Nutrition Management of Cirrhotics, and Hepatocellular Carcinoma. He has collective experience in handling more than 500 liver transplants. He handles all the pre-transplant and post-transplant care for all these patients. As part of an outreach program for Liver patients and various satellite OPDs, he was handling multiple OPDs in entire Western India. He has handled numerous complex medical cases and is known for attention to detail, accurate diagnosis, and treating patients with empathy.
