Words are not enough to express our gratitude towards Dr. Ashwini Bansal Sir, Dr. Abhinav Gupta Sir, and the entire cardiac team for giving my father, Shri Khushalsing Ji, a second life. We are from Maharashtra and had come to Jammu for Mata Rani Darshan when my father suddenly suffered a major cardiac event. In that extremely difficult and emotional situation, Dr. Ashwini Bansal Sir and his team became a true blessing for our family. When my father was admitted, his condition was extremely critical, and his BP had dropped to around 64/44. At that toughest moment, Dr. Abhinav Gupta Sir handled the emergency situation with great expertise, confidence, and dedication, stabilizing him and giving our family hope again. We will always remain thankful for his timely efforts and compassionate care. From emergency treatment after cardiac arrest to successful surgery and recovery, every step was handled with outstanding professionalism, confidence, and humanity. Dr. Bansal Sir is not only an excellent cardiac surgeon but also a wonderful human being who keeps the family motivated during the toughest time. His calm nature, accurate decisions, and dedication gave us strength and hope when we needed it the most. The ICU staff, nurses, and support team also deserve heartfelt appreciation for their continuous care, timely updates, and compassionate behaviour. Watching my father recover day by day — sitting on a chair, talking, eating, and smiling again — truly feels like a miracle for our family. We will always remain thankful to Dr. Ashwini Bansal Sir, Dr. Abhinav Gupta Sir, and the entire team for their efforts, care, and commitment towards patients.
